We ship directly from our warehouses in Mainland China. Shipping will depend on your location, as well as shipping and handling in your region, in most cases it is within 1-3 weeks. In worse case scenarios, it can take up to 1 month due to slow postal services, travel time due to country distance and travel delays, which is out of our reach.
All sales are final, and we apologize but we do not offer refunds on any orders unless there is a defect or damage to the product. If that is the case, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will ask for proof of purchase (your receipt) as well as photo(s) of the defect and damage.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
