Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping will depend on your location, as well as shipping and handling in your region, in most cases it is within 1-3 weeks. In worse case scenarios, it can take up to 1.5 month due to slow postal services, travel time due to country distance and travel delays, which is out of our reach.
Since we ship for different warehouses, your items may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Can I add items to an order I just placed?
Unfortunately, to assure the fastest shipping time, we forward your order to our warehouses immediately. But you can email us at email@example.com and see if we're able to edit your order before it goes out.
Can you cancel my order?
We apologize, we do not issue refunds once the order is in the ordering process or being shipped. However, if you contact us immediately after making the order, we will try to cancel your order and refund your money before it gets sent to our warehouses.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. All your information is safe with us - we use secure socket layer (SSL) for encryption - and we never share your info to anyone.
